The company is registered with the Banque-Carrefour des Entreprises and is subject to VAT under number BE 0501.576.112. ARTICLE 1: Intellectual property

The intellectual property rights on the site and on all the elements that compose it are the subject of a right of ownership or exclusive use for the benefit of Fun Prod.

Any total or partial reproduction of the site, without the express agreement of Fun Prod, is prohibited.

All the elements (texts, logos, images, works, interpretations, software, icons, layouts, database, etc.) contained in the site and in the associated sites are protected by national and international intellectual property law. These elements remain the exclusive property of the site editor and/or its partners. Thus, except with the prior written authorization of the publisher of the site and/or its partners, the visitor and/or user may not under any circumstances proceed with any reproduction, representation, adaptation, translation and/or partial transformation or

Fun Prod treats your data confidentially and in accordance with national and international provisions, including among others the Belgian law of December 8, 1992, relating to the protection of privacy with regard to the processing of personal data, modified by the law of December 11, 1998. The email addresses entered in the contact form are saved in a database for use limited to Fun Prod such as newsletters, events etc. This list is not exhaustive.

 

ARTICLE 3: User conduct / acceptance of risks

The user / visitor guarantees that he will use the site in accordance with the laws and regulations in force. He undertakes not to contravene the legitimate interests of third parties and the publisher of the site.

ARTICLE 7: Applicable law - disputes

These General Conditions of Use are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute and in the absence of an amicable settlement, it will be submitted to the courts and tribunals of the judicial district of Brussels, ruling in French.

 

Article 8: SAVE CLAUSE

If one or more articles of these general conditions of use should be invalidated for any reason whatsoever, this circumstance would not have the effect of rendering this contract null and void as a whole, nor of preventing the execution of the other provisions.

In the event that the offending provision affects the very nature of these general conditions, each of the parties will endeavor to negotiate immediately and in good faith a valid provision of equivalent economic effect or, at the very least, as close as possible to the effect of the canceled provision.
